Crime Watch Program

The Crime Watch Program offers a small group of neighboring households and businesses the ability to share a protective concern within their community. The Crime Watch Program is a defensive strategy, rather than an offensive strategy, which includes identifying the precise patterns of crime in a particular neighborhood, then acting in conjunction with the Fishers Police Department to reduce one's own risk, as well as the risk of the community.

The Fishers Police Department has many active business and neighborhood crime watch programs. If you are interested in starting a Crime Watch program in your neighborhood, please contact us at 317-595-3300. Volunteer participation from neighbors is required for this program to be successful. For more information, view the Crime Watch Brochure.

Residents and businesses are encouraged to keep an eye out in their area, and if they see something, say something. Any suspicious activity can be reported to 911 or to dispatch at 317-773-1282.
