  1. High school students in the HSE School District are invited to showcase their entrepreneurial spirit by creating, planning and marketing their own events at one of our many park facilities! Facilities will be rented to students at no charge after the event has been approved by our Parks & Recreation staff, who will help guide and mentor students during the event planning process.
