Indoor Air Quality

For mold, lead, and other indoor air quality issues, the Fishers Health Department does not have the authority to inspect, investigate, or evaluate private property that may be reasonably necessary to determine compliance with public health laws and rules for the prevention and suppression of disease (Ind. Code 16-20-1-23).

There are currently no rules or regulations that can be enforced with respect to Indoor Air Quality other than those that have been promulgated for Schools and State Agencies (410 IAC 33)
