Community Health Needs Assessment

A Community Health Assessment (CHA) is conducted by health departments on a regular basis to assess and identify the key health needs of its residents. 

The Fishers Health Department launched its first CHA in September 2021 through surveys and focus groups to collect qualitative data on residents' perspectives of community and personal health. 

The full CHA for Fishers will be completed in 2022. Prior to publishing the completed assessment, an interim report was published in April 2022.
