Our facility maintenance staff are dedicated to the care, maintenance, and improvements to all city owned buildings. This group has an overwhelming responsibility to keep all our buildings safe and operational for employees, guests, and visitors. Working two shifts, this group is responsible for:
General and advanced maintenance of all city buildings and utilities
Preventative maintenance of all mechanical, HVAC, and other facility equipment
Building improvement projects
Project management of large-scale building improvement projects or major maintenance projects
Management of building cleaning and sanitation
Coordination of office furniture movement and maintenance
Street light maintenance of all city owned lighting
