Fishers, (Indiana) – The Fishers Police Department has arrested a man for Armed Robbery.
On October 17th, following an extensive investigation, Detectives with the Fishers Police Department were able to identify, locate and apprehend the person believed to be responsible for the armed robbery on October 11th at the Star Financial Bank. The suspect was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Hamilton County Jail.
The Fishers Police Department would like to thank the FBI Violent Crimes Task Force, IMPD Covert Robbery Unit and IMPD SWAT for their assistance. As a result of this investigation, Detectives were able to discover evidence linking Kellam to additional unsolved business burglaries in Marion County.

Fishers, (Indiana) – The Fishers Police Department is investigating an armed robbery.
Shortly before 3pm on October 11, 2022, Fishers police officers responded to an armed robbery at the Star Financial Bank located at 8762 E. 96th Street. While enroute officers learned the suspect(s) had fled from the business. Officers established a perimeter and began searching for the suspect(s). At the time of this release the suspect(s) remains at large.
Fishers Police Detectives and Evidence Technicians responded to process the crime scene and interview witnesses. Based on information gathered by Detectives, the suspect entered the bank, approached a bank employee, displayed a handgun, and demanded cash. The employee complied and was not injured. Witnesses describe the suspect a white male, 20-30 years old, wearing a disguise.
