FISHERS, IN – With the turn of a shovel, STANLEY Security, joined by City of Fishers’ officials, Ambrose Property Group and project partners, celebrated the groundbreaking of their new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Fishers today.
“This is a very exciting day for our organization,” said Jim Cannon, President of STANLEY Security North America. “With the latest technologies integrated into the development of our new headquarters, the building will be the physical embodiment of STANLEY Security’s culture of innovation.”
STANLEY Security and Fishers Mayor Scott Fadness announced the project in February at the 2016 State of the City address. The new North American headquarters will be a $15.9 million investment with 80,000 square feet and three-stories. The new location will allow STANLEY Security’s leadership team and employees to move forward under one roof.
“We are looking forward to providing revolutionary technology and unmatched customer service to commercial, institutional and industrial businesses with our employees together in one location,” said Cannon.
Located in the Fishers Point Business Park, the new building is located in the corporate corridor along I-69 on Sunlight Drive. The 106th Street interchange on I-69, currently under construction, offers easy access to the new facility and is expected to be complete in the spring of 2017.

Ambrose Property Group is the developer and owner of the new building and have partnered with Shiel Sexton on the project construction. With construction now underway, the building is expected to be complete in early 2017.
