[ARCHIVED] Man Arrested For Criminal Recklessness with a Gun

This morning Fishers police officers arrested a man after he fired a gun at a local business.

Shortly after 10:00am Fishers police officers responded to Nugistics, located at 9910 North by Northeast Blvd, after an ex-employee fired a gun, into the air, from the parking lot. When officers arrived on the scene several witnesses identified the suspect and reported that he fled the area in a gray Dodge passenger car. Fishers police notified surrounding law enforcement agencies and within minutes officers from the Lawrence Police Department located the suspect at an ATM in their city. The suspect was detained and transported to the Fishers Police Department without incident.

No one was injured and at this time there are no reports of property damage. Investigators interviewed the suspect prior to transporting him to the Hamilton County Jail. We would like to thank the Lawrence Police Department for their assistance.
