(Fishers, Indiana) – This morning Fishers police officers arrested two men for breaking into vehicles in the Sweet Briar North Neighborhood (131 Street and Sweet Briar Parkway).
At approximately 4:45pm a Fishers police officer observed a silver Chrysler passenger car driving slowly in the Sterling Green Neighborhood (131 Street and Cumberland Road). The officer watched as the Chrysler parked in a driveway. After several minutes neither occupant exited the car so the officer walked up to inquire if they needed assistance. As the officer spoke with them he learned that neither of the men lived at that address.
During this conversation the officer observed several items in the back seat including a bicycle as well as several other items not belonging to the men. The men were taken into custody and transported to the Fishers Police Department. After meeting with Fishers Detectives the two men were arrested and transported to the Hamilton County Jail without incident.
