All such items must have prior approval and should be a part of your Special Event Permit request.

You may have a food truck at your event. Food truck permits are required by the Fishers Health Department.

If approved through the Special Event Permit Application, the Fishers may allow canopies and tents; however, stakes are not allowed due to the multiple underground utilities (water barrels, bricks, and other forms of weight are permitted for use).
