1. Can I get the blueprints/building plans for my home?

The City keeps records for 3 to 10 years.  If your request falls within 3 to 10 years from when the home was built,  please submit a Public Records request.

The City keeps records for 3-10 years. If your request falls within that time frame, please complete a public records request form.

3. How can I obtain a copy of a plat plan?

To obtain a copy of the plat plan (entire subdivision), submit a request here. Contact Planning and Zoning at 317-595-3155

4. How can I obtain a copy of my plot plan/site plan?

This is the plan for your lot only. Please submit a request for a copy of your plot plan here. Please note, we do not have a plot plan for every lot.  If we do not have yours, we recommend you contact a private survey company to create a new one for you.
