This is considered a private dispute and the City does not get involved. If you need a copy of your plot plan, which shows your property lines, you may request it here. Please note that the City does not have a copy of every plot plan, but we do have a lot of them!
The homeowner is responsible for maintaining the easement, which includes mowing.

Probably. The construction of a fence does not require a permit, however most fences encroach into an easement and there are also zoning requirements to consider. To ensure compliance with all codes, we advise you to apply for a permit here.
